Improvising, developing scenes, scene study and learning German? Can this be done?

Mai 2 @ 11:00 - 17:00

Improvising, developing scenes, scene study and learning German? Can this be done?

Can someone gain German language skills while producing tragicomedy sketches that revolve around the hurdles of German bureaucracy or other obstacles?

Could you learn German while working on a film or TV set scenario?

Let’s join forces and give it a go!

We will expand our offer especially for actors and actresses from Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine, Somalia, Palestine, Sudan, Iran and from other countries. A special offer for actors and actresses who have had to leave their home countries and are facing challenges in learning German and meeting the requirements of the German film industry. This class welcomes actors and actresses from Australia, Ireland, the UK, and more who want to gain German proficiency for living and working in Germany. We understand how difficult it can be to learn, so we’d like to offer an opportunity for a fun and immersive experience to expand your German understanding.

What will the workshops offer?

A) Crafting, evolving, composing scenes or working on sketches for theatre or film and working on film/tv scenes

B) The first attempts to act in German even without advanced knowledge of German

C) Familiarising yourself with terms and instructions on a German set.

Join us for the first free meeting & free mini-workshop on May 2nd! Interested? Email us at info@schott-acting-studio.de All subsequent meetings or sessions are intended to be without any fees.
