Clarification – the need for early commitment
There is a understandable perspective that institutions, including ours, represent a permanent fixture in the vast landscape of artistry. While it may seem like just a business, all institutions dedicated to art, artist, film/tv, theatre, acting training significantly rely on early commitments and a communal mindset to uphold their core values without compromise.
We understand the complexities for actors, directors, and acting students in making early decisions due to busy schedules, potential job opportunities, family obligations, and locked-in shooting dates.
However, it becomes increasingly challenging for us to secure top-tier training opportunities with renowned tutors and acting coaches from the US and UK when decisions are delayed. A noticeable trend in recent years, influenced by various factors and the impact of social media, promotes the idea of keeping all options open until the last moment. We have obligations to our partners, and we strive to maintain a trustworthy level of security for them.
*** Consequently, we introduced the rebooking option two years ago, a service that only a few studios offer. If you secure a job just days before the workshop or masterclass, you can choose to reschedule for a small fee instead of losing your entire payment. ***
To ensure the success of our workshops and masterclasses, we kindly request your early commitment if you are interested. Without sufficient sign-ups four weeks prior, we may have to cancel due to the high risk involved. Your support is vital in making these opportunities possible.
“We recommend booking your spot 4-5 weeks in advance to ensure you get the best availability for your desired date. This helps us create a wonderful experience tailored just for you. We look forward to welcoming you soon!”
